Massage has been a huge part of my life and career (20 years in fact), and I’m grateful for everyone who’s trusted me along the way.

But over time, I started noticing gaps in the products we rely on — such a huge part of the care we provide. Clinics were having to source bits and pieces from different suppliers. Physios often had to pause mid-flow to wipe away oils before they could tape. Massage oils left stains on towels and clothes. It just wasn’t streamlined, and it certainly wasn’t as effective as it could be.

That’s where my cosmetic science background came in — I knew I could create products that solved those problems. The result is MEND: professional-grade recovery products that are kinder on the skin, longer-lasting, and designed to make life easier for practitioners and their clients.

So instead of working only one-to-one in the treatment room, I now create professional-grade recovery products designed to support practitioners and their clients. It’s an industry I know and love — and after years of building connections with physios, osteos, massage therapists, and wellness practitioners, I’m proud to be creating tools that make their work easier and their clients’ recovery better.

So while I’m no longer offering massage appointments, my mission hasn’t changed: to support recovery, extend the benefits of treatment, and strengthen the industry I care about.
