At MEND, we hand-blend our 10ml aromatherapy rollers using a mix of premium and therapeutic essential oils in a nourishing, fast-absorbing base. Whether you're rolling on ‘SLEEP’ before bed, ‘BALANCE’ during your cycle, or ‘FOCUS’ mid-afternoon, you're in good hands.
How to Use Your Roller
Each MEND roller is designed for easy, effective self-care — wherever and whenever you need it. Here's how to get the most out of your blend:
Roll-On Rituals
Pulse Points: Apply to wrists, temples, neck, chest, or behind the ears. These spots help distribute the aroma through warmth and circulation.
Stress Zones: Roll across the chest, jawline, or the base of the skull to ease physical tension.
Abdomen or lower back: Great for hormonal blends like Balance, especially during your cycle.
Feet: For grounding blends (like Sleep or Lymph), applying to soles of the feet before bed can enhance calm and absorption.
Inhalation Techniques
Palm Inhalation: Apply to palms, rub hands together, cup over nose and mouth. Inhale deeply for 4 counts, hold for 2, exhale for 6. Repeat for a full minute.
Tissue Method: Roll onto a tissue or cotton pad and keep nearby — on your desk, car dash, or tucked inside your bra strap.
Mask Boost: For immune or breathe blends, lightly apply to the edge of a cloth mask or collarbone area before public outings or flights.
Diffuser Alternatives
DIY Diffuser: Roll onto a lava bead bracelet, unglazed ceramic stone, or fabric swatch. These absorb oils and slowly diffuse aroma throughout the day.
Shower Steam: Apply to a washcloth and place it on the shower floor (away from direct water flow) to create a makeshift steam diffuser.
Car Vent Diffusion: Roll onto a wooden peg or cotton ball and clip it near your car air vent for a natural, toxin-free car scent.

Each blend is diluted in fractionated coconut oil or caprylic/capric triglyceride for skin-safe daily use.
We use only 100% pure essential oils — no fillers, fragrances, or synthetics.
